By using DriveChat you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You agree not to harass, threaten, or share illegal, hateful, or sexually explicit content. Automated moderation checks messages and images before they are posted, and hosts may mute, remove, or ban users from their rooms.
Any message or driver can be reported from inside the app: long-press a message, or open a driver's profile. Reports reach our moderators, who review every one and may warn, suspend, or remove accounts and content. You can also block any driver at any time — you will stop seeing their messages and they cannot send you friend requests. Blocking is private; the other person is not told. Blocked drivers are listed under Profile, where you can undo it.
Hosts control their rooms and may approve, deny, mute, remove members, transfer hostship, or close the room. You may run up to 3 live cameras at a time, each holding up to 50 people, and create up to 5 group chats.
DriveChat is designed for hands-free, glanceable use. Road safety comes first: follow the law where you are driving, and do not interact with the screen while the vehicle is moving. You are responsible for how and when you use the app.
The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for user content or for interactions between users.
We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete my account, or at /delete-account.
We may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance.
